Paring didn't work on my phone with Bluetooth 4.0, and I contacted the Narrative Support. And they provided me the solution: Double-tapping
If your Narrative Clip 2 is not paring your mobile phone, double-tap the Clip 2 hard during the paring process. If it doesn't work, then double-tap harder. It worked for me.
Narrative Clip 2を一度はきちんとペアリングできたものの、一度「Forget」させてから再度ペアリングを試みたら何度やっても駄目だった。仕方がないのでサポートに連絡したら、「ペアリング時に強めにClip 2をダブルタップしてください」とのこと。そうしたところ無事ペアリングできた。
